April 2006 - 888(Komox)Wing Policy Number 888-15 is rescinded and the following policy is in effect immediately:
3. All ticket sales will be on a “first come first serve basis”.
4. Tickets for Pub Grub and Steak Night will go on sale at the bar each Friday/Saturday respectively for the following week. Guests are
permitted.
4(a)
Tickets for Mother's Day and Father's Day will go on sale at the bar on the Saturday two (2) weeks prior to the
event. Guests are permitted. A seating preference must be made at the time of ticket purchase and the member
will print his/her name on the seating plan. The Entertainment Chair or his/her representative will be present to conduct
sales and seating
5. Special Function Tickets will go on sale two (2) weeks prior
to the event. A seating preference must be made at the time of ticket purchase
and the member will print his/her name on the seating plan. The Entertainment Chair or his/her representative will be present
to conduct sales and seating.
6. In respect to Special
Functions, each Regular/Associate/Dual/Spousal Member may purchase two (2) tickets provided that the tickets are for the use
of members or themselves, and their respective non-member spouse/guest. After one week, any remaining tickets may be purchased
for guests.
7. Members in possession of tickets and who
cannot attend the function are responsible for selling their own tickets. No
refunds are available. They should contact the first person on the waiting list. The new ticket holder must assume the previous ticket holder’s seating preference. Any tickets returned can be sold at the bar only if all other available tickets have
been sold.
